Vacation Rental Description
Eaglesnest is perched high on Contant Point overlooking Great Cruz Bay. The villa boasts magnificent bird's eye views of St. Thomas and St. Croix and has a large swiming pool. Designed for easy living, the main level of Eaglesnest is accessed by a convenient drive-through driveway, no steps to the front door, and inside access to two of the bedrooms! The lower level bedroom, accessed from an outside stairway, is also adjacent to the pool deck and is perfect for those who want a little extra privacy. From the moment you drive up the drive-through driveway and park under the covered carport at the front door, you'll know this is a very special property.  
 
The dining and living area form a large great room with a high vaulted ceiling. Indoor entertainment includes TV, VCR, DVD and a stereo with CD and cassette tape player.  
 
Ceiling fans throughout the house keep you comfortably cool even on the warmest island days while expansive windows offer a panoramic view of Great Cruz Bay.  
 
Prepare your meals in the fully-equipped modern kitchen which features generous cabinets and counter space, dishwasher, microwave, range, oven, coffee maker, and blender.  
 
Eat at the serve-across bar which connects the kitchen to the dining area or at the large mahogany dining table  
or even out on the upper deck, surrounded by a 180 degree panorama spanning from Great Cruz Bay in the east to St. Thomas in the west.  
All three bedroom suites are equipped with air-conditioning, and two of the three king sized beds can be turned  
Each spacious bedroom has plenty of space for your belongings.  
 
Each of the bathrooms on the main level have spacious walk-in showers and built-in stone benches.  
 
Sunrise greets you through the bedroom windows in the master bedroom suite. Sliding glass doors provide direct access from each bedroom to the south facing decks.  
 
An abundant ocean view can be seen from this comfortable master bedroom. While two of the bedrooms are on the main level and have inside access, the third bedroom is located on the lower level of the house adjacent to the swimming pool.  
 
Access to the pool is via exterior stairway on the side of the house. The lower pool deck provides ample privacy for those wanting to sun bathe and watch the boats sail by.  
 
The inviting third bedroom is spacioius, light and airy. This third bedroom has a mini sink and fridge for your convience. The views from here are wonderful and the bedroom has an easy access to the pool deck.  
 
Watch the sun rise in the morning and the boats sail in and out of the bay. A few feet away, the large pool is ready and inviting.  
 
The pool at Eaglesnest has lighting for night use, spa style jets, a seating ledge, and a safety railing for exit/entry.  
 
A safety gate blocks off the pool entrance making Eaglesnest very child-friendly. There's so much to do at Eaglesnest-even the pool deck: you can lounge on the comfortable poolside furniture while sipping your favorite tropical drink. You can relax in the hammock or you can watch the stars at night. Hey-do them all!  
 
The lower pool deck makes a great lounging area while a hammock stands ready for an afternoon siesta.  
 
The clever two-level pool deck keeps the front railing below your eyesite when in the pool. It's easy to see why Eaglesnest is a perennial favorite for visitors to St. John!
