Spacious 1800 sq ft, 2 bedroom villa on the hilltop with a spectacular view of Cruz Bay. Sunset Ridge Villas is a small complex with 6 individual villas. Each villa consist of 2 buildings connected by private courtyard. One building houses only the master bedroom. The villa sleeps 6 people maximum and has 2 full baths, a full kitchen and laundry facilities.
Other villa amenities include: dishwasher, microwave, BBQ, phone, and cable TV.
The outdoor pool overlooks Cruz Bay. Excellent swimming and snorkling at nearby beaches. A car is required to best enjoy the island.
When making travel plans, fly into St Thomas, rent a car, and take the 30-minute car ferry trip to Cruz Bay, St John.

    • The outdoor pool is spacious, used by only the small Sunset Ridge Villa Community, and provides a relaxing atmosphere with a spectacular view of Cruz Bay.

    Activities

    The resort attracts individuals and families interested in warm weather, sunshine, beaches and water sports. Swimming, snorkling and scuba diving opportunities exist on a number of the fine beaches.
    Boutique shops offer interesting wares and local restaurants offer a relaxed atmosphere. Shopping, fine dining, additional beaches and other attractions are available on St Thomas, accessible with a short ferry trip.

    		  Low Season Price: $1,400 per Week
      High Season Price: $1,400 per Week
         

    $500 non-refundable deposit required to confirm the reservation. The $900 balance of the rental fee is due by May 1, 2010. Payment may be made by personal check or money order. A confirmation will be sent once the funds have been cleared by the financial institution. Checks not accepted due to insufficient funds will be returned, and a $35 fee will be charged.
