Ample off road parking for six or more vehicles provides convenient access while beautiful sunrises and gentle Caribbean trade winds enhance the relaxed and romantic atmosphere of villAllure.

THE HOUSE:
Capturing the natural beauty and romance of the island, villAllure takes full advantage of the views and breezes while providing maximum privacy in the superbly intimate setting of a fine country home.

VillAllure's main entry is gained thru a massive mahogany double door entranceway that overlooks a sunken great room with wet bar complimented by large glass sliding doors opening onto an expansive covered verandah framing a stunning view of the turquoise waters of Hurricane Hole and the Caribbean Sea beyond. An adjoining library/fitness room is seperated by a native stone wall and includes a Precor elliptical machine in addition to built-in mahogany book shelves with a desk and fax machine.

An open and airy kitchen is centrally located and perfect for casual dining or for preparing a gourmet meal to enjoy in the large formal dining room that overlooks Hurricane Hole to the east and Coral Bay to the south.

The stately master bedroom on villAllure's main level is accented by a custom built-in mahogany king size bed with shelving, walk-in garden shower, three arched windows facing east with a dramatic view of Hurricane Hole, rustic plaster walls and screened mahogany french doors opening onto the pool deck area.

Handsomely decorated and roomy upper south and north bedrooms are equal in size and appointments with individual entrances, spacious bathrooms with tiled showers, king size beds, mini fridges and private balconies with spectacular views of Hurricane Hole.

A comfortable lower south bedroom features a private outside entry with secluded deck area with water views of Hurricane Hole overlooking a small fishpond with waterfall and a queen size bed with private bathroom and shower area.

A spacious lower north bedroom features a queen size sleigh bed with a private outside entry and bathroom with shower including a secluded baloncy with water views of Hurricane Hole.

VillAllure's private poolside entertainment area boasts a full kitchen accented by a dramatic mahogany archway as well as the handcrafted mahogany kitchen cabinets and entertainment center, 1/2 bath and full laundry. A large mahogany picture window overlooks the swimming pool and surrounding sundeck as well a Hurricane Hole and the east end of St. John in the distance. A single mahogany entrance door provides outside entry into the poolside living space while screened mahogany french doors exit the kitchen area onto the adjoining poolside verandah, secluded pool and sundeck.

VillAllure is located on the National Park Island of St. John, a short ferry ride from St. Thomas. The area is serviced by numerous airlines including US Air, American, Delta, and Continental to name a few. Many fights originating from the east coast are direct to St. Thomas arriving in approximiately 3 1/2 hrs. Other flights generally require one connection. Upon arrival in St. Thomas, a taxi ride to the downtown ferry dock takes approximately 10 minutes while the Red Hook ferry dock is approximiately a 45 minute ride. However, the ferry ride time to St. John from each location is equivilant to the cab ride to the alternative location. Also, the downtown ferry's latest afternoon departures are at 4pm and 5:30pm while the Red Hook Ferry runs every hour with the last departure at midnight.

Once on St. John, a rental car will be preferred for the 20 minute drive through the National Park to Coral Bay and your villAllure experience.

Three Bedroom minimum for advanced booking which includes three king bed equivalent master bedrooms and provides total access to all the common living areas of the property including great room with wet bar, gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, fitness facilities and private pool with adjoining entertainment area including full poolside kitchen. Short notice booking, within 30 days of arrival, apply to the upper master bedrooms only and includes access to the inside entertainment area, full poolside kitchen, 1/2 bath and laundry below as well as the private poll and all outside areas of the property. Holiday rates apply to Christmas, New Years and Presidents Day. Weekly rates apply to a minimum stay of seven (7) nights. Additional nights may be added at a rate proportionate to the applicable weekly rate. Rates do not include 8% local taxes. 50% required at time of booking with the balance do 30 days prior to arrival.
