Vacation Rental Description
With accomodations perfect for couples and/or large families, Casa Luna is versatility at its best! The great room has vaulted ceilings and is designed for comfortable living. Wide sliding glass doors appear to bring the outside in. On one side of the room, spectacular northern island views await. On the other, there are glorious Bordeaux Mountain, Coral Bay, and down island views. Relax on the wrap-around deck and enjoy watching sailboats flowing by and sailing between the islands. This is island living at its best! On this side, abutting the VI National Park, there are wide vistas from Jost Van Dyke and Little Thatch to Tortola and beyond! Open to the warming sun during the day and the twinkling stars at night, the pool and spa are perfect complements to the spectacular northshore view. Back in the spacious living room upstairs, a complete entertainment center, including cable TV, DVD player, and stereo, is available for evening enjoyment. The indoor dining area comfortably seats ten people around the custom tiled dining table. Outside, ample seating areas for al fresco dining awaits. A propane grill stands ready for use at a moment's notice. Adjacent to the indoor dining area, the fully equipped kitchen boasts of colorful open shelves adding a warm touch. Natural lighting is plentiful and stainless steel appliances are the norm. Down the hall from the living room, all three bedrooms on the upper level of Casa Luna are spacious and unique with 100% cotton Sealy linens. All have air conditioners too, for your comfort! One has sliding doors onto the deck with a fantastic ocean view! There are so many choices to soak up the views, it's hard to pick a favorite. The other two bedrooms also have sliding glass doors facing the Bordeaux Mountain and Coral Bay views. Abutting the VI National Park, Casa Luna is a private sanctuary where you can watch the active views of sailboats gliding by. Each room's motif is as unique as it's views. Both upper level bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans too. Casa Luna was architectually designed to maximize not only the views but the constant tradewinds. The spacious upstairs bathrooms are light and airy. This garden style shower incorporates glass block and is open to the sky above. Descending to the lower level of Casa Luna, you will be welcomed by the more casual of the two living areas. The large room includes overstuffed furniture, a kitchenette area, and colorful Caribbean artwork. Plenty of entertainment options are provided. There's cable TV with VCR, a stereo system, and a nice selection of videos, books, and music too. A screened-in dining and relaxation area is accessible from both the living room and the back porch area. Two bedrooms are located on this floor, each with its own bathroom, and with ceiling fans to compliment the constant trade breezes and the air conditioning in each bedroom. The light and airy bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living area, to maximize privacy for everyone. The wide back deck ensures there is aways a shady spot to relax and enjoy the expansive views. A few short steps lead down to the pool and spa area. Enjoy watching the sugarbirds in the morning enjoying the smells of island jasmine. As an added bonus, Casa Luna has a nice stretch of grassy lawn and plenty of fruit trees-from bananas to star fruit - enjoy them! Below swaying palms, the 10-ft x 20-ft pool is 5-ft deep at one end. Just steps away, the jacuzzi beckons on the 700 square foot pool deck. With the National Park as your neighbor, you'll love the privacy! But, it's the poolside "Gecko Bar & Grill" that will turn smiles into grins every time you visit. Casa Luna is a very special place- a home where you can listen to the sounds of nature and marvel at the truly unbelievable views that will claim a piece of your heart from the first moment of your stay.

Our wonderful location puts us at risk for hurricanes. Guests may need to be evacuated for their safety. VIVA! is not responsible for airline changes, the cost of alternate accommodations or cancellation fees and no refunds/adjustments can be offered in this event. If the home reserved becomes unavailable due to its sale or irreparable damage by an act of God, VIVA! will make every effort to re-reserve a similar property. If similar accommodations cannot be found, a refund will be issued. This villa is to be used by the maximum number of Guests listed on this contract only. Guests agrees to adhere to rental policies published on our website and villa rules posted at the villa.
