We request 50% deposit to hold a reservation. We have multiple villas. The price quoted is a two-person rate for the smallest villas. We hold 25% of the booking for cancellations that provide six weeks notice (off-season). In-Season cancellations require three months notice and will be charged 25% of the booking. The 50% deposit will be forfeited for cancellations with less notice. We accept Visa/Mastercard, personal checks, and bank transfers.
