We require a 25% deposit to secure you reservations, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If arrival is less than 30 days from booking full payment is requires. Our refund policy is if cancellation occurs before 30 days of arrival refund less 20% of booking. If cancellation is less than 30 days of arrival refund less 30% of booking. Personal checks are accepted.
