Vacation Rental Description
You are invited to stay at our Caribbean paradise condo. Caribbean Dreamin at Colony Cove is a relaxing retreat where you can get away with (or from) friends and family. Our two-bedroom, two-bath condo is securely nestled in lush tropical landscaping only Steps From The Beach!
We have a full kitchen complete with pots/pans, dishes ect. Our dining room table sits 4 comfortably. You can relax and gaze out to the Turquoise waters and smell the aroma of the lush tropical landscaping on our 30ft gallery.
The master bedroom leads to the gallery as does the living area. The master has 2 closets and a separate bathroom with shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds that are pushed together with a pillowtop mattress on top. Just let us know if you'd like the twin beds separated for your stay. We also have an airmattress. We do not have a pull out couch. The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower.
Linens and towels are provided.

We do have coolers, beach towels, floats and toys for your convenience. We trust that you will treat them as your own and return them. We do have some snorkling equiptment, but you can also borrow from the Colony Cove front desk for free.

We also have wireless internet throughout the whole complex.

Colony Cove is located just 5 minutes from downtown Christiansted where there's numberous of great restaurants and where many tours depart from.
There are 2 restaurants with great food and great prices! One is Smugglers Cove right next door, the other is Breezes 2 complexs down the beach!
There are 2 grocery stores within 2 minutes of the condo-Food Town and Pueblo.

The rainforrest and beer drinking pigs are about a 25 minute drive. Cane Bay beach is about a 15 minute drive-they have 4 beach bars/restaurants. This is a popular beach on the weekends. Great swimming & diving right off the beach. Point Udall is the eastern most point of the united states and is about a 25 minute drive away. The west end is about a 25 minute drive and has beautiful beachs, great beach bars, great diving and snorkling. Check out the new pier and great restaurants in Fredricksted. On your way back stop by the rum factory get a tour and free samples!

Low Season Price : $975
High Season Price : $1400 per Week


We prefer check. We require a 25% deposit to hold your dates, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
If you need to cancel more than 30 days prior to arrial we will return your deposit less a 10% handling fee.
