Casaurina Villa is a three bedroom villa located in the Leeward area of Providenciales. Situated on a 1 acre lot, the villa is beautifully landscaped and private. It has a pool, surrounded by a large, sunny deck. A pathway through the back and along a beach access road leads to a beautiful beach-- the eastern end of Grace Bay Beach. The beach here is beautiful-- sandy, calm, and warm. You can walk for hours along the beach (approx 15 km) and in a half hour, you can reach the hotel district along the beach. The beach is only 300 feet from the villa, a two minute walk, and safe for responsible children to go to by themselves

Casarina is located in a quiet area known as Leeward, surrounded by other large villas. There is very little traffic, and it is very peaceful and quiet. Leeward is gated, and has security during the night.

Excellent restaurants, a golf course, marina, and tennis court are nearby. Boating nearby includes kayaking, fishing trips, parasailing, tourboats, etc. Providenciales is known for excellent scuba diving, fishing and snorkelling.

The villa has a bbq on the deck, and laundry facilities are available. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite, with a walkout to the deck. It is air conditioned. A second bedroom with a double bed is also air conditioned, and a third bedroom is fan cooled and has two single beds. There is a second bathroom.

The villa has a living room, with a dining area, with walkouts to the deck and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a TV, and phone service is available.

The villa is wheel chair accessible.

The villa is ideal for couples, families, those wheelchair bound, and small pets.
