Antille Villa is located in the Leeward area of Providenciales, on the North East section on the island. Leeward is a quiet residential area of villas and houses. There is little traffic and noise here, and the location is excellent for those wanting a quiet vacation. Leeward is a gated area, with security at night. 
 
The villa is located on a large one acre lot, well landscaped. It has a private pool, large deck area, including a portion of the deck that is covered and lighted at night. 
 
The beach is 100 meters away from the villa along a private path and a beach access. The beach is the eastern extremes of the world famous Grace Bay beach. The resorts are a 2 km walk along the beach, and the beach is all sandy, and goes for 12km one way, and approximately 2km the other way. The beach here is perfectly safe for swimming and is all sand.  
 
The villa is ideally suited for large families wanting a beach vacation. It is a casual house, with 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms, large living area and kitchen, located on two levels. The kitchen is fully equipped and linens and towels are provided. 
 
Included is cable television, internet, small safe, bbq, dishwasher, clothes washer, small library. 
 
Nearby is a marina, from where you can arrange snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing trips,kayaking or tours to other islands. An excellent golf course is about 2km away, and restaurants, grocery stores and other stores are nearby.
