These two newly built villas are located on the Northeast end of Providenciales’s famous Grace Bay Beach in the residential area called Leeward . Set back from the Sunset Beach in Leeward, these villas are on 4 acres of land and landscaped for privacy. Each villa has a private pool. Sit back with a cool drink and enjoy theoutstanding views of the ocean. The beach is directly in front of the property and is a short three minute walk down a sandy pathway from the villas. to the white sand and turquoise blue waters of Grace Bay Beach.

Both villas are spacious with an open air design that takes advantage of the tropical breezes and spectacular views. The beach is a beautiful sand beach and you can walk for miles in either direction. Each villa has a private pool and all bedrooms offer balconies or terraces, inviting you to enjoy views of Provo's crystal clear waters and unforgettable sunsets.




Both villas are comprised of a living room, large kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, laundry facilities and 3 ½ baths. Both have a large outdoor sitting, dining and sunbathing areas and large swimming pools. Pelican’s Nest is located near Leeward Marina, the golf course, the casino and lots of great restaurants.
