Villas Sleep up to SIX (6) people at no extra per person charge. Our one flat rate is for all 6 people without any surprises of being charged extra when more than two persons occupy a villa.  
At Atlantic Ocean Beachfront Villas, you can get a Two Bedroom, Two Bath Villa with a full Kitchen and a spacious Living Room for the same price as that of a hotel room. 
Atlantic Ocean Beach Front Villas is a unique VILLA BEACHFRONT property located in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, directly fronting the Atlantic Ocean and the beach of Grace Bay Beach, the most sought after and popular beach in the Turks and Caicos Islands.  
Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas consists of six (6) Villas. Two are direct oceanfront villas named Ocean Vista Beachfront Villa and Ocean’s Edge Beachfront Villa and are overlooking the beach of Grace Bay Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. There are four other villas known as Hibiscus Villa, Jasmine Villa, Magnolia Villa, and Orchid Villa located just across the street from our wonderful beach. 
Our street is a "narrow" non-commercial sandy residential road. It is not a busy or thorough fare road and dead ends into a cul-de-sac. There are only 7 other residential houses on it. You might not see more than 10-15 other cars travel on it in a one day period. You would cross the narrow road to go through our own "direct beachfront property". An exclusive patio stone walkway and path has been built for you to walk along that takes you through our properties lush Caribbean vegetation. The walk along this pathway is a short leisurely 150 feet and leads you directly to our beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean. Once you arrive, you will find sun loungers, chairs and tables overlooking the beach and ocean for you to use as you please.  
All villas have beach access on to our own private beach and we are located directly on the beautiful turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean. A swimming pool is also available for the use of all of our villa guests.

    • All villas have two bedrooms & two bathrooms with the exception of Orchid Villa which is a small studio with one queen bed and one bathroom. FREE wireless internet throughout, open plan living and dining areas equipped with all entertainment needs such as: flat panel cable television with MP3/DVD/CD players, stereo, fully equipped open concept kitchens with microwave oven, some with a stove, coffee/tea maker, toaster, blender, refrigerator, air conditioning, pillowtop mattresses, over-sized balcony, laundry facilities, FREE local calls, FREE use of snorkeling gear, FREE daily fresh towel and trash removal with midweek full cleaning service, FREE use of barbecue grills and picnic area, FREE parking. All of these great amenities are available at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Many other villas charge extra for all or some of these amenities. Bathrooms include designer toiletries, hairdryers, and showers only.

    • Our beach sand is naturally very white & powdery soft, as is the same with the sand on the ocean floor. Our beach is a continuous 7 mile long allowing you the pleasure of a casual walk or jog along the shore. 
    The famous SMITHS REEF is directly off of our beach. Because of this fantastic live coral reef, the coral reefs break up the strong ocean waves. As a result, the ocean waters are very calm & there are no dangerous currents or undertow in our location. Swimming, snorkeling & floating in the ocean is very safe & pleasurable, especially if you have young children with you. FREE SNORKELING GEAR is provided, so you don't have to bring your own or purchase any on the island. 
    The Turtle Cove Marina, shops, gambling casino & restaurants for dining or cocktails are only a short 5 minute walk from our villas. At Turtle Cove Marina you can rent a boat, go deep sea diving or take deep sea fishing excursion. Restaurants range from casual fare food & mid range prices to upscale dining.

    3 day deposit plus 11% tax is due when reservation is made. VISA, MasterCard & AMEX accepted. The balance owing is due 14 days prior to arrival at the villa. Cancellation policy is 21 days prior to arrival.
