Each villa has two well appointed bedrooms. One with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. In the first floor villa the king size bed can be made into two twin beds if this will help to meet your needs. Each bedroom in each villa also has its own private bathroom with a shower.
The second floor villa has a private furnished veranda as well as an open air wrap-around veranda allowing panoramic unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and Grace Bay Beach and the luxury yachts sailing through the Atlantic Ocean while they are coming into harbor at the nearby Turtle Cove Marina. A scene that is sure to take your breath away.
The first floor villa has a private furnished lanai where you can relax and enjoy the gentle trade winds, admire the tropical gardens, and walk out to the beach and the ocean.

When one floor of the villa is rented there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Please contact owner for reduced rates for renting just one floor of the villa.
All rates shown are subject to 10% tax.
3 day deposit plus 10% tax is due within 5 days of making a reservation to confirm it.
The balance owing is due 7 days prior to arrival at the villa.

Cancellation policy is 21 days prior to arrival.
