The cottage is situated in a quiet, residential community of Leeward, only five minutes drive to shops, restaurants, marina, golf course and casino. 
 
Few minutes walk to Pelican Point Beach, the most private part of Grace Bay Beach, away from the crowds.  
 
The cottage is surrounded by fenced in tropical garden. Huge veranda offers outdoor living at its best.

Suitability: Non smoking only, unsuitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair inaccessible, pets not allowed, children welcome.

Rates quoted are per one couple. No charge for one child (up to 16 years old). Surcharge for each additional person is $20/day. Maximum occupancy is 4 people.
Prices may change without notice until booking is confirmed.
Fully refundable security deposit of $500 is required 45 days prior to arrival. Minimum rental period is one week. A standard rental agreement will be emailed to you.
