The property encompasses over 5400 sq. ft. of West Indies Casual Luxury Living on an acre of prime Beachfront. Every detail was considered in making the property comfortable and functional. Emphasis was placed on planning common space to enjoy others company, yet afford ample venues for privacy…
The pool-side Veranda is very spacious and a key feature of the property - offering plenty of shade and awesome views of the Caribbean Sea...the color and clarity of the water is simply mesmerizing!

All Bedroom Suites feature en-suite Baths with walk-in tiled Showers, Dual Sinks set in Granite Countertops, and Open Air Closets. Ceiling Fans and full length louvered Windows and Doors allow for excellent cross breezes. Individually controlled Air Conditioning Units are also available in each Bedroom Suite.
All Suites are Pool Side and Ocean Front and Queen Suites also feature a private Patio, Kitchenette and Satellite TV. A full Security System and individual In-Rooms Safes are also provided.
The Great Room offers Satellite TV, a DVD player and a wide selection of DVD's. The Library is equipped with a Computer (DSL connection), Books, Puzzles and Games. The Villa is also equipped with Wireless Internet for use with your own laptop.
