Our private detached Villa consists of;
Four air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms, own private swimming pool,
air-conditioned cable TV room complete with sofa double bed, Sleeps 8/10 in comfort. Maid Service included five mornings per week, pool maintenance three days per week, gardener. Airport meet, greet and escort to the villa. Competitive car hire can be arranged.
Local Activities; Scuba Diving, Snorkelling, Sailing, Bird Wildlife and Turtle watching, Fishing, Glass bottom boat trips. Do you have a busy stressful life? Then our beautiful villa and Island will unwind and regenerate you.

Rates

Low Season Price : $2800
High Season Price : $3780 per Week
Booking Terms and Conditions

The owners reserve the right to alter the rates without notice, unless a deposit has been paid.
A deposit of over 30% is required on booking, balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
Deposits are not refundable on cancellation.
Should the rental not be taken up and the villa could not be re-let for the period, the rent will be retained.
The villa is only to be used as a holiday home and will not be sublet or used for any other purpose than agreed by the owner.
The client must agree not to cause annoyance to the neighbours and adhere to all safety and security precautions as would be required by the insurance policies covering the property.
No animals are allowed in the property or gardens.
The villa furniture and effects must be left in good order as seen by our representative. Any damager incurred by the client must be paid for prior to departure.
The villa must be vacated by midday
