    50% deposit required required within 7 days on booking with the balance being due 4 weeks before apartment use. An additional £200 with final balance is required as a security deposit, refundable within two weeks after vacating the apartment. If booking cancelled more than 8 weeks prior to departure - no cancellation charge incurred. 4 – 8 weeks prior to departure: 50% refund of total cost of rental. 2 – 4 weeks prior to departure: 25% refund of total cost of rental. Less than 2 weeks prior to departure: No refund. All refunds may be subject to any bank charges incurred or exchange rate variations. Payments may be made by direct bank transfer, cheque or by paypal (subject to a 5% surcharge).
