Waterfront luxury condo on 4th floor with spectacular views (above palm trees) located in the heart of Simpson Bay.

Numerous fine restaurants across the street and within walking distance. $60,000 total remodeling in 2006 with new granite counter tops, tile, cabinets, appliances and three flat screen TVs. Washer, dryer, safes and Wi-Fi included.

Pool with swim-up bar, on site restaurant, beach with palapas (permanent palm leaf over sized umbrellas), beach chaises. Also on sight is a mini-mart, shops, fully equipped gym, concierge, and daily beach towel exchange. Adjacent to the channel mega-yachts use to enter the Simpson Bay lagoon.
