We have had an excellent vacation.
Your studio really is remarkable and not only for it's furnishing but also for it's placement on the island.
We have especially much appreciated the charming reception by your son and your daughter in law.
My wife said if we go back again to Saint Martin in the future we will first of all check on the availability of your studio.
We will talk to our friends about it.

I just returned from a months vacation in St Martin, three weeks of which I spent at the studio apartment. The unit was exactly as advertised with stunning views of the bay, Marigot and the mountains in the background. It was very clean and comfortable and was quite easy to keep clean. The balcony was the most pleasant feature with the wonderful views, lots of room and sun and shade as one prefers. The bathroom was spacious with all the modern conveniences. The kitchen was small but adequate to cook a modest meal and had all the utensils one needs. The bed was comfortable and the unit is in a very quiet area. Outside, there is a large clean pool nearby and a sandy beach if one wants to swim in the sea. Many shops including several restaurants, a bakery, grocery store, car rental, gas station and convenience store are all less than a quarter of a mile away. A car is not necessary as buses go by on a regular basis and only cost a couple of bucks to get to Marigot. I will certain return to this unit when I return to St Martin.
Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Great studio for 2 people. Loved the view, the terrace. Nice clean swimming pool. Very quiet. Lots to do on the island. Great place for the price. Louise very helpful on check-in/out. Thanks

This studio is wonderful!! Beautiful, peaceful, all the amenities we could want & the location was great. The kitchenette & grill allowed us to shop the market in Marigot for fresh fish & lobster and have many wonderful meals sitting on our terrace overlooking the ocean with Marigot & the marina in the distance. A short walk to pasterie, pizza and restaurants, as well as a convenient drive to many beaches. 17 incredible days. We highly recommend this studio & if we choose to return we would arrange our schedule to make sure we got this property for our stay. Thank you for making our vacation great!
