It is within walking distance to shops and convenient to all. 
 
The Studio has air conditioning, ceiling fans and beautiful views of the ocean. The Studio is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, barbeque, refrigerator, pots,  
dishes, glasses and silverware.  
 
There is a Flat Screen TV with a DVD player and movies to enjoy during your stay.There is also Dish Network Satellite TV. The private patio has a table with chairs to enjoy the outdoors. 
 
The beach outside is serene and lovely, but if you prefer a change of scenery there are 36 beautiful beaches on the Island.  
 
There is shopping galore - designer items on the French side and great jewelry and electronic buys on the Dutch side of the Island.  
 
If you enjoy the nightlife, then you'll love St. Martin. Lots of restaurants, Casinos on the Dutch side and all sorts of nightclubs on the French and Dutch side of the Island.
