H.6, The Cliff at Cupecoy; has one of the best rental views across Mullet Bay, the golf course and hills beyond. The complex is right on Cupecoy beach with stairs down past The Cliffhanger bar to the beach from the pool area. At night the fairy lights in the distance add romance to a special place.
A two bedroom beach front vacation home for three day plus rentals year round on a vibrant island with plenty of activities, sun, sand and sea. Right across the road are some of St. Maarten's best restaurants and a casino. On the other side of the golf course is Maho; night life capital of St. Maarten/St Martin.
While on the property you are in a secure and private area, surrounded by vacationers like yourself. So whether you want to watch some satellite TV, catch up on emails, read a book, browse magazines, workout in the gym, play tennis, cook a gourmet meal or spoil yourself at the Dior Spa, there are many pleasurable ways to do nothing.
The apartment features a striking entrance hall, guests' cloakroom, double reception room with bar area, fully equipped kitchen with KitchenAid appliances, separate laundry room and two terraces. The light and airy interior is individually furnished with custom-made pieces and great emphasis on rich texture and color.

The island has 37 beaches, so whatever your vacation style, there will be one to suit. From beaches with water-sports, bars, restaurants and plenty of activity to totally secluded beaches with little or no facilities. Topless is the norm on French St. Martin and there is a nude beach.
Local restaurants:
Right across the road from The Cliff we have some of the finest restaurants on the island like, Temptation (nouveau Caribbean), Rare (steak), Le Montmartre (Parisian brasserie), La Gondola (Italian) as well as Atlantis Casino and the infamous Cliffhanger Beach Bar (half way down the stairs to the beach).
Activities:
Do the round the island Rhino Safari. Race wet bikes at La Samanna. Zip-line through the tree tops at Lotterie Farm. Spend endless days sailing, or go on snorkeling expeditions. Explore ship-wrecks. Spend a day in St. Barts or Anguilla. Rent a Harley. Play golf. Do nothing.
Night Life:
Cheri's Bar and Q Club are in Maho, walking (staggering) distance away is Bliss a major dance venue. There is the Green House in Philipsburg, Red Piano in Simpson Bay or go for live music, a bonfire and great drinks on Friar's Beach. There are also nine casinos open 24/7.
Duty Free Shopping:
St. Maarten/St. Martin is a shopper's paradise with completely tax-free and duty-free shopping from internationally recognized luxury retailers like Cartier, Hermes and David Yurman to small but well-established jewelers and family owned stores. You will certainly find your heart's desire here!
