				High Season Price:	$450 per Day

All the rates for bookings are quoted in US dollars per room per day for 2 people and should be paid in US dollars. A deposit of 30% of the total rental fee is payable to confirm the reservation. Christmas, New Years and Thanksgiving bookings require 50% deposit. The deposit is due within 7 days of the booking to confirm and guarantee your reservation. balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival and 90 days for Christmas and new years or special events. Failure to make this payment subjects your reservation to cancellation.
