Only minutes away from the beach, night clubs, restaurants, banks, ATM and shopping. This is an opportunity to trade the noises of the city for the pleasure of just relaxing. This is a spacious single family dwelling and is fully equipped, comes with linens, baths and beach towels, kitchen supplies and appliances, a laundry with washer and dryer. The master bedroom has it own bathtub and shower, the other two bedrooms shares one bath room. The bedrooms are located on the upper level, The living room, eating area kitchen located in the lower level. Powder room in the lower level next to the laundry room.  
The home has air condition and ceiling fans, lots of windows with ocean breezes at nights.

Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 3. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.
