Vacation Rental Description
The studios are on the north shore of the island, facing the Atlantic Ocean with a 250 degree unrestricted view of the blue water and Vieques countryside. The main island of Puerto Rico, our sister island, Culebra, and even St. Thomas are visible from the pool deck or the huge rooftop deck. 
 
The one-bedroom studios at La Roca have an open floor plan creating an excellent Caribbean getaway for couples searching for a relaxing space with incredible views. Pairs of couples can reserve the entire property at a reduced rate for the increased privacy of a villa-style vacation rental. 
 
The two studios are nearly identical in amenities, size, and layout. They both share an ocean view deck, with pool. La Roca bedrooms are furnished with Queen sized beds and a full bathroom/shower. The living area has a futon, sparkling new kitchen with stovetop, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. There's also cable television, radio and CD player.

    Booking Deposit: The deposit is 50% of the total rent, payable in the form of bank check 7 days from reservation date. Balance due 30 days prior to rental date, payable by bank check. If your reservation is made within 30 days of your arrival, a bank check MUST be sent by OVERNIGHT mail ONLY, for full amount of rental. There is a $200 security deposit, refundable within 30 days of departure. Cancellation Policies: For cancellations more than 30 days before the start day of this Agreement, the Owner will try to re-rent the property. If Owner is able to find a substitute booking at an amount equal to or greater than the rent, the Owner will refund to Guest any amounts Guest has paid, less $50.00 cancellation fee. If Owner is unable to do so, amounts paid by Guest may be forfeited. Cancellations received by Owner less than 30 days before the beginning date of this Agreement shall result in a forfeiture of all money received from Guest.
