Player, Alarm Clock Radios, Iron and Ironing Board, Ceiling and Floor Fans,etc. All you need to bring is groceries and your personal items.

    $200. a day for 7 nights and 8 days, for a party of up to 6 people. Maximum of 8 people, please add $70 for each additional person,(If more than 6 people). This is a flat fee all year round. *Weekend Rates - $250 per night with a minimum of 2 nights, eg. Friday and Saturday,with a 12pm Sunday check-out Total Cost: $500.00 Holidays- $100.00 extra ie. Easter,Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years' Advance payment equal to 50% ($700.) of the rental rate is required within 7 days of booking. The advance payment will be applied towards the rent. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival date. There is an additional $250 security/reservation fee also due within 7 days of booking the reservation. This fee is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided no damage is done to the unit. Payment may be made by money order, travel checks, or personal checks. Paypal payments coming soon!
