Your villa offers you a personal escape from civilization, your private resort in an inspiring tropical setting. Your vacation rental will have all the comforts of home, yet with all the urban conveniences of metro San Juan amazingly close (just 11 miles from San Juan International Airport). Latin nightlife, casinos, shopping are just minutes away, but you return to your private retreat that is safe, tranquil, and full of exotic orchids, tropical fruits, coconut palms, and rain forest birds. 
 
We are your resources to ensure a wonderful stay. We welcome all travelers and are open to families, couples, small groups, lesbians, and gay men. Many of our guests travel here to create a magical experience or special event in the Caribbean. We can even help plan and cater your celebrations and family reunions. No detail is too small with which to help you.

    		  Low Season Price: $100 per Day
      High Season Price: $225 per Day
         

    Reservations: There is a two night minimum requirement for all bookings and extra charges may apply for additional guests. All confirmed reservations require a deposit (50% for holiday reservations). Deposit amount varies depending on length of stay and season. A 9% hotel tax is extra. Entire resort rental for large groups of up to 35 people requires advance notice and a separate cancellation agreement. Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, personal & travelers checks, and cash. Cancellation Policy: All deposits are non-refundable. However, cancellations received 31 days prior to arrival may qualify for a credit towards a future stay.
