Villa Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $195
High Season Price : $285 per Day
• $300 refundable security deposit
• 125 cleaning and maintenance fee per unit
• $900-$1200 per week
• 7% tax

50% of the rental rate is required to hold reservation. The remaining 50%, including the cleaning fee and security deposit, is due 2weeks before arrival.

The reservation deposit may be paid by check, money order, or credit card (visa or mastercard).

Housekeeping is available upon request with prior notice.
