				High Season Price:	$475 per Day

Our Rates range from $50-$600 per day depending on the villa. In addition to the rental fee, please calculate • $75-$350 cleaning & maintenance fee • 7% tax We require a refundable security deposit. 50% of the rental rate is required to hold reservation. The remaining 50%, including the cleaning fee and security deposit, is due 2-4 weeks before arrival. The reservation deposit may be paid by check, money order, Paypal, or credit card (visa or mastercard). Housekeeping is available upon request with prior notice. CORPORATE HOUSING AVAILABLE.
