Condado is a small friendly residential area with beautiful and pristine beaches. Condado is just minutes from the Rain Forest "El Yunque" National Park. The airport is in Isla Verde approx. 10 minutes away. If you're looking to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the city and just have a great relaxing vacation, you're going to love the peacefulness of Condado.

The apartment is excellent for vacation or corporate rentals by the week or by the month with very affordable rates. This beautiful apartment is one block from the beach and just minutes away from Old San Juan (Viejo San Juan), a 500 year old city with cobblestone streets. You will find just remodeled kitchens and bathrooms, modern beds and furniture. Air-conditioning and microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, refrigerators and stove in each room. The apartment has one parking space.
