Vacation Rental Description

This luxury apartment is located in the heart of the Isla Verde area, in front of the San Juan Hotel & Intercontinental Hotel. The apartment is very big with 700 square feet of space.Has a fully equipped kitchen, one huge bedroom with a Queen Bed and LCD TV with Cable tv and Wireless Internet. Also a full bathroom(has a Washer & Dryer), living & dinning area, balcony with ocean view and has full a/c. The living-dining is huge with glass doors overlooking the balcony with the most incredible beach view. The apartment also offers underground parking. The condominium has, private Gym, a nice swimming pool, and tennis court. There are restaurants(CHILLIS, RUTH CRISS PONDEROSA), 5 star hotels, casinos, pharmacies, shopping all within an area less than one mile. There is public transportation like buses, taxis, or you can even walk to many of these locations

Low Season Price : $100
High Season Price : $125 per Day
One-half of rental fee is due at time of registration. The remaining rental amount, plus a $50 cleaning fee and a $300 damage deposit are due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Payment to be made by Credit Card (with PayPal services) or money order only.

Tenant will be held responsible for any damages to the unit during their period of occupancy. The $300 refundable security deposit is require for this reservation; will be refunded in full after checkout and the inspection is made. Terms of refund will be made no longer that 5 days after checkout; method will be personal check or PayPal,
