This condo is located 10 min from the airport. It is in the main section of San Juan located in walking distance to all major hotels. It is on the 14th floor. Very family friendly all pool and grounds are gated and locked. There is also a private barbaque area. Wallgreens is located right across the street and is open 24 hours and carries all essentials. There is a private parking spot located under the building which is included.
The apartment includes 2 TVS, 1 is a flat screen with a DVD. It is furnished like a home not a rental. The kitchen is small but fully equiped with dishes,pots and glasses.
The view from the balcony is breath taking. You can see all the cruise ships go out and watch beautiful sunsets.
The beach is steps from the apartment and there are restaurants you can walk to on the beach plus all water sports rentals are available on the beach through the hotels.

    We just returned from a 12 day stay vacation in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico. The condo is conveniently located on the beach and within walking distance of stores, restaurants, and nightlife. It was very clean and well furnished. The condo has a 24 hour security guard and a garage for your car. We really enjoyed having a private parking space. The owner and management team are readily available to address any concerns and are great to work with.
    As soon as you walk into the condo you are blown away with the balcony view. Being on the 14 floor was wonderful. You get a clear view of the ocean. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony enjoying the sound of the waves and the view of the beautiful beach. I patricianly enjoyed the morning walks on the beach. The condo provides plenty of towels for shower or beach use and has beach chairs, cooler and boogie board.
    You have everything you need to cook with, stove, a microwave and a large refrigerator and utensils. They are several supermarkets within a short ride where you can get just about anything including wine, beer, etc and prepared food.
    My husband is planning on returning next year and would definitely rent the unit again. I highly recommend this condo; you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!
