Local bus available at 75cents for adults and 35cents for children and seniors! (Free bus rides now, summer of 2008). Only 35 minutes to World Famous El Yunque Rain Forest. All Historic sights can be accessed limo buses leaving from El San Juan Hotel, renting a car, or Taxi.

$300 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit to reserve the dates. This SD can be transferred into our Bank of America account or a check/money order can be mailed. PayPal is also an option.
Once we receive the Security Deposit we will send a contract with your names and address on it for you to sign and return along with the balance of your rent. The keys will be mailed to your address within 10 days of your arrival date.
SD is Returned after damages and once key has been returned.
