This condo is ideally located in Condado, San Juan's main tourist area.  It is across the street from the beach, around major hotels such as La Concha and the Mariott,  and just steps away from restaurants, pubs, spas, gym, parks and many tourist attractions.

The condo is ideally located in El Condado, San Juan’s main tourist area. It is across the street from the beach and just steps from major hotels and the San Juan Convention Center; 5 miles (9 kilometers) form the airport and 3 miles (4.8 kilometers) from historic Old San Juan. Walk to boutiques such as Louis Vuiton, Cartier and Channel. There are over 25 restaurants that offer affordable menus (some are opened 24 hours). It is close to banks, medical facilities and pubs and there is a 24-hour drug store with a food mart and an Internet Café in the same block. Public transportation is readily available and is quite inexpensive and reliable; most major car rentals are also within walking distance.  
 
This one bedroom/one bathroom condo has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a full size sofa bed in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, fridge, stove/oven), Cable TV, Internet, AC and ceiling fans. The complex has a pool and coin-op laundry facilities.
