The house sits on a five-acres hill top that allows for a 360 degree view including view of the Caribbean Sea, keys and the shore to the front and mountains to the other sides. Get enchanted by the tropical nights, the starry sky, constant sea breeze and the beautiful view. Private, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Wrap around proches with patio furniture and hammocks allow for full enjoyment of the view at any time. The open space design of the main living area allows for sharing and entetermaint. The house is furnished in a tropical, simple yet elegant style. Gourmet, well equipped kitchen with beautiful mahogamy cabinets and granite countertops. Perfect place for relaxing, resting and getting away from the busy life. Rainbows are frequently see from the house.

The second floor is made up of the spacious masterbedroom with its own private wrap around porch and bathroom with a jetted tub. Althoug it has A/C you may want to turn it off and leave the windows open to enjoy the sound of the winds, the coqui and the local birds. We accept major credit cards and money orders. Reservations can be paid through PayPal. 50% deposit required for reservations made more than 60 days in advance. Total payment required for reservations made 60 days or less of arrival time.

Cancellation policy: 80% refund of any amount paid for cancellation of reservations made 31 days or more of arrival time. No refund for cancellations made 30 days or less of arrival time.
