The villa is located in Cluster III, Villas del Amanecer, inside the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort & Spa, specifically in front of the red tee of hole 9 of the famous Ocean Course designed by Tom and George Fazio. It have 1,500 sq. foot living area with 2 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms . The main bedroom have a queen bed, while the second room have two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and theres also a washer and dryer. The whole villa have A/C and ceiling fans. 
 
The balcony offers a relaxing and comfort area with well maintained gardens were you can enjoy cooking in an charcoal BBQ or just relax in the hammock. The Mediterranean architecture with white walls, wooden windows and spanish terra-cota roof tiles nestled in this tropical beauty resort offers you the opportunity to experience life at its best.

With just a 5 minute drive you can go to The National Rain Forest for a hiking and enjoy one of the many waterfall cascades that El Yunque has to offer. Hacienda Carabali is another tourist attraction just 5 minutes drive where you can experience Horseback Riding, 4-track extravaganza, go kart speedway, mountain biking and Canopy. 
 
A 20 minutes drive can take you to the nearest marina where you can book sailing classes, salt water fishing, catamaran sailing excursions. But you can't leave without experiencing the Bioluminosense Bay at where you will kayak in the night at Laguna Grande in Fajardo.
