  Low Season Price: $4,200 per Week
  High Season Price: $5,000 per Week
     

One half of the rental fee is required to hold the reservation. 30 days prior to arrival the full payment plus a $1500 security deposit is required. Owner will retain 10% processing fee of full rental fee for cancellations made 121 days in advance. Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made 120 prior to arrival date unless we can rent it out and then we will refund 75%.
