Away from the noise and traffic of the city but within minutes of Belz Factory Outlet Mall, Wallmart, horseback riding, golf courses, go-karts alley, El conquistador Hotel & casino, restaurants and world famous tourist attractions such as the Yunque Rain Forest. Minutes away from the town Fajardo and ferries to the islands of Culebra and Vieques. Fully furnished, fully equiped kitchen, laundry area, dining and living area. Sleeps 7. For rent short or long term. Have 2 bedrooms one whit a queen bed the other whit 1 full and 2 twins, 2 balconies also we have a sofabed in the living room area. Access control in the facility and 24 hour security guards.

The price is $700.00 per week and the state taxes that are $69.00 p/w and also we charge a cleaning fee that is $60.00. A deposit of $200.00 is requiered for reserve the apartment. The deposit can be paid by mail in a cashier's check or money orders when we send you the contract. The first day of rental we required a security deposit of $150.00 that is return by mail 7 days from the last day of rental.
