Our property has 3 different apartments: One a beautiful Studio (Garden View)apartment at between $60-$100 daily depending on season and a One Bedroom (Pool View) apartment at $75-110 daily depending on the season and last but not least a Three Bedroom, 2 bath apartment at $100 - $150 daily depending on the season. Each apartment has a separate entrance, plenty of parking and the facilities include a large pool, hot tub and a laundry room at the premises.

Each apartment has a four burner gas stove with oven, full fridge, microwave oven, air conditioned rooms, cable TV with HBO, high speed internet access, full bathroom and telephone.

The property is 5 minute walk to the nearest beach, which is beach between Jobos and Shacks beaches.

Adventure Sports, Beach, Biking, Boating, Childrens Playground, Cinema, Fishing, Golf, Horse Riding, Mountain Biking, Restaurant, Sailing, Shopping, Theme Park, WaterSkiing, Water Sports and Rental, Zoo/Wildlife Park

Beaches for swimming, snorkeling, scuba (submarine caverns just off the coast, starting at 40 ft), surfing, body boarding, strolling. Ramey Golf Course 5 minutes drive. Horseback riding ranch, 2 minute drive. 30 minutes to Rio de Camuy Cavern Park and Arecibo Radio-Telescope Observatory. Waterparks within 10-15 min. drive.

Dive trips can be coordinated with local dive shops, either one less than 3 minutes drive from here.

We will be happy to provide quotes, we have different rates for the different apartments and the different seasons. There are also weekly and monthly discounts. Please be aware that we must charge a 7% room tax. Reservations are made with a nonrefundable deposit of 1/3 the total rent. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival. We do not accept cancellations, if in the rare circumstance someone is not able to travel, we will reimburse if we are able to find a substitute guest. Payments can be made with personal checks, money orders or some other equivalent
