we have 2 units in our home on the ocean-cost is $100 a night per unit & not for the entire home-basement bedroom
is $50 a night-we have a 7 night minimum for 1 unit & 5 night minimum if you take both units-we feel that we are
the best value on the island for what we offer-we are not in a resort but in a regular neighborhood-there are no
roosters next door (block away) but you may hear an occasional dog barking at the moon-if you are fussy, you will
not like us-we are for people who want to experience the real puerto rico without spending a lot-christmas week we
charge $125 per unit per night-

we require a fully refundable $500 security per unit-please review the FAQ & rental agreement on our site-
there is a $100 per unit cleaning fee that will be waived if you clean yourself-
