Enjoy constant sea breeze, view of mountains and blue sky, tropical nights with starry sky. Perfect for relaxing, meditation, and resting. Stay away from city noises, traffic jams and enjoy the tranquility of a mountian home. Because the house is around 9 minutes from the Thruway exit you can easily move from the house to different parts of the Island.

Furnished in a casual, comfortable style. Comfortable back porch with patio furniture and grill. Hammock. A/C in the 2 largest bedrooms, ceiling fans and fans through the rest of the house. Property is secured with gate and fence, plenty of off street parking. There are native trees and flowers bushes close to the house. There is walking trail around the property. Solar water heated. At night you will enjoy the city lights and starry sky.

It is also 15 minutes from the Town of Guayama, with shoppin mall, movie theater, Walmart, KMart, etc. The famous Salinas sea food restaurant area is around 10 to 15 minutes from the house. Cancellation policy: For cancellations made 31 days or more of arrival time - 80% of the paymentor deposit will be refund. No refund for cancellations made 30 days or less of arrival time.
