Property is secured with gate and fence, plenty of off street parking. There are native trees and flowers bushes close to the house. There is walking trail around the property. Solar water heated. At night you will enjoy the city lights and starry sky.

The house is located 5 minutes from the Chi-Chi Rodriguez International Gulf Resort with 5 start restaurant. 6 minutes from the Olympic Park with beautiful gardens, swimming pool, water wave, artificial rock climbing, other atletic facilities, bank and Burger King. It is also 15 minutes from the Town of Guayama, with shoppin mall, movie theater, Walmart, KMart, etc. The famous Salinas sea food restaurant area is around 10 to 15 minutes from the house. The main beach (tate Park) of Punta Guilarte is around 22 min. It is around 45 min from San Juan, 25 min from Ponce.
