Vacation Rental Description

The villa is situated on a hillside with has three separate apartments One at street level one at an upper level and one backing into the hill and opening on the garden area. The The upper apartment has three bedrooms, the lower two apartments each have two bedrooms. The apartments have separate entrances. Casa Alejada is about 6 km from the city of Guanica and is separated from the city by low range of hills which is a Puerto Rican forest preserve. Beaches are in the forest preserve and a 5 minutes. There is also a ferry to a small mangrove and coral island called Guiligan's Island. The ferry is a five minute walk.

Activities near Guanica

Beach, Fishing, Hiking, Kayaking, Sailing, Water Sports and Rental

The water around the peninsula on which Casa Alejada is located is protected by an off shore reef. Kayaking is mainly dome inside the reef and the small coral islets. Sailing retals are obtained from a small local resort that also offers scuba expeditions. There is a state beach with facilities nearby at Caña Gorda. The public beaches in the dry forest are maintained but have no facilities.

High Season Price : $750 per Week
Payment is by cash, check, or money order. $100 is requested. This is fully refundable if reservation is canceled more than two weeks before scheduled arrival.

There are no charges other than the rent.
