Stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom villa located in Dorado right off route 693. This private, gated community offers a swimming pool, gazebo, putting green and children's play area. La Playa de Vega Baja, La Playa de Dorado and Cerro Gordo Beaches are within a few miles, just a few minutes away. As for you golf enthusiasts, the Dorado Del Mar Resort and Golf Course, The Dorado Beach and Plantation Golf courses are a few minutes away. 
The villa has all the amenities needed for a great time: BBQ, private rooftop so you can enjoy a tropical island breeze that you can enjoy while you prepare your meals. Dorado is located in the northern region of the island, bordering the Atlantic Ocean, just 20 minutes from San Juan airport. It is close to numerous island attractions, as well as shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, museums, movie theaters, and easily accessible to the island's primary highway, “la autopista”. There are two parking slots on the premises exclusively assigned to the villa.

    A 50% deposit is required for reservation. There is a $200.00 refundable security deposit. Cleaning Fee: $60.00 DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received when making the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward the rental fee of the condominium; however, it is fully refundable within a week or sooner of departure, provided the following provisions are met. a. No damage is done to unit or its contents. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets and, pay per view (will be charged to your credit card) c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in sink and all soiled paper plates are discarded.
