A three story townhouse on the beach in a private community. Two parking spaces, air conditioned, ceiling fans, fully equipped with Internet, DVD, color copier, cable TV, linens, utensils, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, cooking outside on patio, walk to hotels, security guards on bikes 24/7. 35 - 50 min.(depending on time of day) to San Juan. Easy access to other sites on island. Unfortunately, the property is not wheelchair accessible nor does it allow pets. 
 

The master bedroom is spacious and alone on the upper floor. There is on the same floor a private bath with ceiling fan, two closets with large mirrors, one balcony overlooking the beach, night table, and this bedroom has both ceiling fan plus air conditioning. All bedrooms in the townhouse are air conditioned. The second floor bedrooms with the full bed and the twin beds share a bathroom. These two bedrooms each has its own small balcony, one overlooking at the beach, the other to the patio. One has a walk-in closet with mirrored sliding doors; other bedroom has a regular closet with mirrored sliding doors. All the bedrooms are bright and commodious with up to date furnishings. Baby crib (2-In-1 Travel Playard) is available on request.
