Famous actors , sports figures and US politicians have visited this exclusive beach. Breñas is the ideal location to relax at the beach, play Golf, Tennis, Bike ride and more. Located between Hyatt Dorado Beach Resort and Hyatt Vacation Club Beach Resort, which are only 22 miles west of historic San Juan.

This four-bedroom house can accommodate up to ten people and is equipped with many amenities to make our guests feel at home. The House has ample space for any type of activities.

    These rates could vary, so it is always a good idea to confirm the rates when making reservations. $1,700/Week (6 nights) plus $400 refundable damage deposit (Up to 10 guests). *Additional night: $400 (Up to 10 guests). **Additional $200 refundable damage deposit for Dog or Cat. Deposit: 50% of the total, which is 50% refundable up to 30 days prior to reservations. Balance of rent is payable on arrival in cash, certified check, money order or traveler's check. *Please let us know in advance your time of arrival.
