Beautiful fully equipped studio nest door to major Hotels and casinos like the San Juan Hotel and Casino and the Ritz Carlton, right on Isla Verde Avenue, one of Puerto Rico's hottest vacation strips, near shopping, clubs, restaurants and of course one of P.R's most beautiful beaches. The apartment has parking, a washer and dryer in the apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, A/C, cable tv, a balcony with a view to the beach and private access to the beach. One Queen sized bed and one Queen sized futon.

Rates: 100 per night. Plus a 200 dollar deposit, from which 135 is returned at check out. The difference is a 65 dollar cleaning fee. Deposit is not refundable for cancellation unless reservation is cancelled 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
