Low Season Price : $875
High Season Price : $1015 per Week
Rates: 125 per night, 145 during Christmas Season, (Dec. 20 to January 10), plus a 200 dollar deposit, from which 135 is returned at check out. The difference is a 65 dollar cleaning fee. Deposit is not refundable for cancellation unless reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date.
