Rates

Low Season Price : $700
High Season Price : $840 per Week
The Rate is 100 per night, 120 during Christmas Season, Dec. 20 to January 10. A 200 dollar deposit is required to secure the reservation. At check out the deposit is refunded minus a 65 dollar cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit is refunded if cancellation is made a month (30 days) before scheduled arrival date. If you cancel less than 20 days prior to scheduled arrival date, then we cannot refund the deposit.
