Main Description
The villa is a rambler style home on 10 acres of land at 900 feet elevation and approximately 6 miles for the coast. Ocho Rios is approximately 14 miles away and takes 20 minutes by car. The acre surrounding the villa is landscaped with bougainvilla, hibiscus, palm trees and other tropical plants. The other 9 acres has coconut, banana, avocado, pimento, plaintain and various crops of vegetables. We sell our produce to local markets as well as our guests. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, closet, dressers and ceiling fans. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and living room. We have security grills on all bedrooms and hallway windows/door. Our groundskeeper will be available to stay over night. The gated entrance leads down the 50 foot driveway to the villa.

Perfect for family reunions and nature lovers. Union Hill Estates is also a working farm. Lots of hiking trails and country roads to explore. We offer shuffleboard,a game room,wet bar adjacent to the living room. The verandah provides views of the hills, mountains and a partial sea view. The pool is just steps away from the living room. Transportation can be arranged from the airport in Montego Bay, as well as day trips to Ocho Rios for shopping, restaurants and the beach. Also nearby are James Bond Beach and Dunns Rivers Falls.

Rates

Low Season Price : $1200
High Season Price : $1400 per Week
In addition to the rate, we require a 300.00US deposit. The rates quoted are for up to 4 guests. Each additional guest would be 100.00 per week. If booking more that a month in advance the deposit would be due at least 1 month in advance and the remainder due 2 weeks in advance. Cancellations less the 2 weeks in advance are 10 percent of total rental.
