Two Seasons Guest House provides accommodation (bed and breakfast) with modern conveniences (including free Internet access)in the traditional laid-back atmosphere for which Treasure Beach, on Jamaica’s South coast, is famous. Enjoy the friendly, neighbourhood atmosphere, in walking distance (10-20 minutes)from public beaches, shops, bars and restaurants.
There are ten bedrooms with own bathroom - seven standard rooms and three deluxe rooms with kitchenettes, equipped with microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, fridge, kettle and utensils. Each room is equipped with a fridge, kettle, ceiling fan and television. Seven rooms offer you a choice of either twin or king beds and three are furnished with queen beds.
A comfortable living and dining area, and kitchen complete the guest house. Rooms can be booked individually or the entire guest house can be reserved for executive retreats and reunions or get-togethers of family and friends. We will gladly help you plan your gathering.
The living room has a stereo, television, DVD and books (featuring Jamaican and West Indian authors), and a variety of board and other games for the shared enjoyment of all guests. Breakfast is included in the cost per person. Lunch and dinner can be provided by arrangement.
A housekeeper provides daily services to ensure clean, comfortable surroundings.

The captivating view of the South Coast from the balconies at Two Seasons helps you to unwind as the gentle breezes caress. The hills to the north provide the perfect backdrop to the newly planted garden – featuring the lignum vitae tree that bears Jamaica’s national flower, fruit trees, flowers, greenery. There will be strategically placed hammocks and benches, where you can meditate or just while away the hours. The expansive lawn to the front provides space for outdoor activities.

Over 30 days before arrival: 10% of total amount non-refundable deposit
30 days or less before arrival: More than one night, deposit of 50% of total. If 10% already paid, balance of 40% payable. Balance on arrival.
One night: 100% deposit required.

Cancellation in writing (letter, fax, e-mail). If 50% deposit not paid 14 days before arrival, we reserve right to cancel reservation & apply 10% cancellation fee.
If you cancel reservation:
Over 14 days before arrival, refund of deposit less 10% non-refundable amount
14 days to 1 day before arrival, cancellation fee of one night. 24 hours before arrival date or no show, no refund of total advance paid. No refund for late arrival, early departure, unused nights, no-show.
