      High Season Price: $12,000 per Week
         

    RESERVATIONS: A 30% deposit is required within seven (7) days to confirm a reservation. Reservations are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received. A confirmation letter is sent to you upon receipt of the required deposit. Your sending payment in response to confirmation constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions as printed below and included in the Villa contract. If you have any problems or questions with any detail, please contact us by telephone for discussion and explanation before sending your rental deposit. FINAL PAYMENT: The balance of your payment is due sixty (60) days prior to your scheduled arrival date in Jamaica. VILLA RATES: Villa rates are nightly and rentals usually may begin on any day of the week, however, some Villa owners request that reservations begin and end on Saturdays. All Villa rates include Government Consumption Tax (GCT) of 15% except Bluefields Bay Villas
