My extended family and I stayed at this beautiful villa in May 2011, 8 adults and 5 children and was treated like royalty. We had requested airport transfer and our driver was waiting for us upon arrival. We arrived at the villa, to be greeted with ice cold Jamaican rum punch, bottled water and juice for the kids.
Millicent showed us to our rooms, Lindo and the butler took our suitcases to our rooms. We were provide complimentary dinner. By this we were completely swept off our feet, not just a beautiful house, but the staff and service was great. The next morning we discussed our menu for the remainder of the week, provided Millicent with money and grocery list.
The villa has its own private swimming pool, so the kids spent the day by the pool, playing play station. The older ones sit on the very large deck, while other hid from the sun on the rear verandah overlooking the pool sipping our cocktail from the bar.
There is a small private beach a few mins away, perfect if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of larger beaches. This beach is perfect for relaxing, children can collect shells, rocks and parent sit under the shade of the trees. Lindo and Ricardo brought our beach chairs for us as well as cold drinks to the beach.
When we venture into the town Ocho Rios, which is 5-10 minutes drive, we had the choice of choosing from taking local transport or private driver. Local transportation is cheaper; however, if you are looking for convenience then private driver is best.
The meals were great, the staff fabulous and the service was above and beyond expectation.

We just returned from a 6 night 7 days stay at this incredible Villa. We had such a wonderful time that we didn't want to leave! For the price of the villa compared to what you pay at the all inclusives you can't miss. The Villa has an amazing view of the glorious sea, with loads of space, peaceful and relaxing ( there are plenty of space to relax in). The balcony/porch are huge and we had more meals on it than anywhere else.The deck by the pool is the one of the many places to lounge and have a bear after the beach or dinner . Millicent is first class, the food was delicious and we ate in most nights only venturing out for a couple of times during our stay! Millicent will take you to HiLo (grocery store) and you can get stocked with supplies, she is a great host .
We would like to thank everybody for a wonderful time and wish we were back there now!!!

This was my first trip to Jamaica and I was traveling with my two teenage daughters ages 15 and 16 and their friend. I liked the spaciousness of the villa and the surroundings; however my daughters and their friends would have preferred a resort setting. We had two meals cooked for us by the housekeeper which were good. The food is rather expensive so I brought some things from home and I bought produce from the Farmer's Market and meats, milk and seasonings from the grocery store. I am used to staying in timeshares so the kitchen was not supplied as well as it is in a timeshare. Once I learned how to take the taxis, we walked and took a cab and only used the driver the first night to go to the grocery store, to go to Dunn River Falls and at night. The cab cost a little over $1.00 a piece for the furtherest stops while the driver was from $25-$30. I also did not bring insect repellent and we were bitten quite a bit by mosquitos inside and outside of the villa. I plan on returning to Jamaica; however unless I am with an adult group I would not rent a villa. I would recommend this property to friends.

We are looking into getting a car/van to try and reduce the cost of transportation on our guest. the villa has an electronic mosquito repellant, I will add an additional one for the upstairs( Windows and doors must be locked at nights).

First, I want to thank you for renting your home to us last week. My friends and I had a great time.The villa is BEAUTIFUL! You have put a lot of thought into decorating and amenities. View of the Ocean is definitely alluring, great location.
Millicent was kind enough to go to the market with us to purchase groceries. Millicent is a very nice person and a VERY good cook. She prepared many traditional Jamaican meals for us. As we were travelling with teenagers, the DVD players and movies and Satellite in each room came in helpful and kept them busy.
Mr. Rose was WONDERFUL! He is a very safe driver He took us to the beach in Ocho Rios, Dunns River Falls, the supermarket, Margaritaville, etc.
Again, thank you for renting to us.

The weather is warm and tropical. The Villa has everything you need and then some. We felt spoiled the whole time we were there. We were able to experience the Real Jamaica. We really enjoyed our visit, house was beautiful and we most especially enjoyed The staff.
Millicent was a great host and made pork roast and jerk chicken which we really enjoyed.
Lindo was great also he arranged for me to go fishing. My wife's mom and dad fell in love with Jamaica as this was their first trip.

The villa finished to very high standards. The villa, grounds and beach are very clean and well-maintained by the excellent staff. We visited Dunn’s River Falls on a quiet day - our driver Dwight is excellent! and recommended a day that a cruise ship isn't in port. We also bought a day pass to the Beaches resort to use their water park and all-inclusive facilities. The kids enjoyed the water park but it’s expensive for what you get.
The food is fresh and well-prepared by the cook. We had the opportunity to shop with the Millicent at local markets and grocery stores.
Lindo and Ricardo was also great, Lindo arrange our tours and Ricardo is always there if you need a cold drink.
The master bedroom is outstanding - deck overlooking the Rio Nuevo Bay, and a massive ensuite master bathroom.
We enjoyed the community beach, - all just a 3 minute walk from the villa, access via stairs. Lindo and Ricardo helped by taking our chairs down to the beach.
The layout is perfect if you are travelling with children (we had children ages 2,8 and 12 with us). We were able to sit on the rear patio/verandah or on the deck and watch the children whether they were playing in the pool or on the lawn. We ate most meals poolside on the beautiful dining table. The view from the master bedroom, bathroom and the rear patios is breathtaking!
I would highly recommend this villa - it was a very memorable holiday.

Our vacation was so wonderful the villa was very nice and met are expectations and more I can't think of anything to complain about. The staff by far was the best part Millicent especially she is a special person to me and I was sad to leave she is a good woman and works so very hard. She deserves a vacation her self she never sits down we love her they are like family to us and I can't wait to come back we felt very safe and comforted there as well as luxurious housing thanks for everything and hope to be back soon give Millicent and Lindo our best they are such great people.

This is a delightful villa in a really nice community in Ocho Rios. It's the third vacation villa that I have rented in Jamaica, and the second in Ocho Rios. It's not as expensive as the other places I've rented, but it's so much nicer that there's no question it's also by far the best value.
The villa is impeccably furnished, equipped, and decorated. It's really as pretty as the photos in the ad. The bar/recreation is at the lower section of the villa and we spend some time playing games of pool.
Upon arrival we were met by Millicent and Lindo and then introduced to the other member of staff.
The location is amazing! You have everything you need within 5 to 10 minutes of the villa.
The Owner and staff were great to deal with, they were always happy to answer any questions and help us out. The owner also sent us a really nice follow up email to see how our stay at the villa was and if we had any suggestions for the villa or the staff.
Upon arrival we were met by Millicent and Lindo and then introduced to the other member of staff.

Awesome stay, nothing short of majestic. Villa was gorgeously built, staff was professional and friendly. The villa was literally on the beach, with breathtaking views. Amazing sunsets can be seen from your private balcony. It is 15 minutes form the Ocho Rios town center, which offers a variety of nightlife activities. The tourist landmarks of Dunns River Falls, Dolphin's Cove and Magic Mountain is also minutes away. It is the perfect vacationing spot. I would strongly recommend this villa for anyone who wishes to visit the Ocho Rios area.
