Vacation Rental Description

Our Condo is located 4 miles east of ocho rios. it is a gated community with 24 hour security. The condo has all the amenities of home. there is a queen bed in bedroom. The bedroom aslo has a large bay window bed . Airconditioning and seiling fans in bedroom. Ocean view is beautiful from bedroom and front room. kitchen is fully equipped. toaster,coffee maker , stove and oven,refrigerator, pots and pans,all dishes,microwave oven, blender, kitchen table seats 6 people.
front room has TV,DVD, CD player. bamboo couch and chairs. it is colorfully decorated with jamaican art and has real jamaican vibe.
Veranda has comfortable chairs to relax on. We have 2 hammocks to hang under the coconut tree. we will drift into a world of peace and serenity.

We are located only 4 miles from Ocho Rios. Just afew minutes from many major attractions like Dunns River Falls, Mystic Mountain, White River rafting, Dophin Cove and many more. Shopping and night clubs restaurants can all be found in Ocho Rios.

We are 4 miles east of Ocho Rios. Close to many tourist attractions, yet it is in a secluded quiet location.

Rental Rates

				Low Season Price:	$130 per Day
				High Season Price:	$150 per Day

a 25% deposit required to secure dates. the remainder of rental due 2 weeks prior to arrival. If canceled more the 30 days prior,one night rental is charged. canceled less the 30 days you forfeit the 25%, but it can be applied towards a future rental. $ 200 security deposit
payment can be made via check or Pay Pal. 5% charge added for Pay Pal transactions.
children under 12 stay free, above 12 years of age $ 25 extra/night

Gorgeous Ocean Front Condo,private beach

My husband and I bought this condo in 2003. We loved the ocean view and the quiet suroundings. We love to swim and snorkel every day .The location is ideal, beacuse you are in ocho rios within 10 min utes.
All our guests love the beautiful view and the gardens with the many tropical flowers. Our condo is unique and full of Jamaican art.Once you sit on the veranda oe in the Hammock you do not even feel like leaving the property.
